Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Ohio seeks compassionate caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home support. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and help with household tasks to maintain client comfort and dignity.

We value reliable, detailed teammates who communicate clearly and can operate with limited supervision. This role emphasizes patient wellbeing and adherence to safety protocols in a home setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of in-home care experience.
• Reliable with good communication and teamwork.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the client and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing and dressing.
• Provide routine house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation assistance.
• Assist client with self-administration of medications (no administering).
• Observe and report any changes in client's condition.
