Harborview Health Systems is seeking compassionate CNAs for evening and night shifts in Tarboro, NC. You will provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and support mobility and safety for residents.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Assist with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
• Assist in the documentation of care and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans

We are seeking dedicated and compassionateCertified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for evenings and nights - we offer 8 and 12 hour shift options.

What You Will Do
