Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners in Texas is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to assist residents with activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity. You will bathe, dress, feed, and monitor residents, follow the charge nurse schedule, and document care using electronic medical records. Must be a Texas-certified CNA in good standing.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nurse Aide certification in Texas.
• Must be in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in Texas and Misconduct Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, groom, dress, and perform basic grooming for residents.
• Follow the assigned resident schedule and assist with feeding as needed.
