Job description

DEFINITION:

Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment for all age groups. Collects data and reports any unexpected findings to the charge nurse.

EDUCATION:

Certified Nurse Aide – As required by the Certification Board of Oklahoma

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):

Current Basic Life Support.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certified Nurse Aide certification

Experience in hospital setting

Study in nursing program of fundamental care

Nurse Aide – Work experience as a Nurse Aide
