Job summary

Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ardmore, PA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our Weekend Program. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Weekend positions offer base pay plus a $4 hourly differential for weekend work. Flexible 8- or 16-hour shifts are available, with an option for a pay-in-lieu differential for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to lift and move residents safely.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including ADLs and vital signs.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
• Participate in weekend shifts and potential overtime.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team at Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for our Weekend Program! As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also contributing to a positive and supportive environment.

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and other medical needs
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning of residents as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
• Participate in shifts as assigned, including weekends and potential overtime
• Support the development of a positive and respectful environment among residents, families, and staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
