Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to serve patients at home across Charlotte, Monroe, Concord & Kannapolis counties.

You will follow a registered nurse’s care plan to deliver personal care, homemaker tasks, and companionship, with training provided and a supportive BAYADA team behind you. We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, per-diem), 24/7 clinical support, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required. We will train you.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) per the written plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Meal preparation and feeding; range of motion exercises.
• Assisting with ambulation and transfers as needed.
• Medication reminders.
