Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a CNA to provide personal care, household support, and companionship in clients’ homes across Mecklenburg, Union, and Anson counties. You will follow a nurse’s plan of care and help adults stay safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of work experience.
• Have successfully completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support and companion care per the written plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Meal preparation and feeding; range of motion/exercises; and ambulation support.
• Medication reminders and vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• One-on-one patient care and building relationships with clients.
