BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) to serve patients in the Charlotte, Monroe, Concord and Kannapolis areas. You will provide personal care, companionship, and homemaker services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required. We will train you.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Commitment to deliver patient care as you would want loved ones to receive.

Responsabilités

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care services.
• Provide household support and companionship to help adults stay safe at home.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal prep.
