Essential Functions

• Respond to resident signals and needs
• Assist with grooming, hygiene, bathing, hair, incontinence care
• Help with feeding and mobility
• Record vital signs and fluid intake/output
• Provide direct and indirect resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Report changes in residents’ conditions
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
