Job summary

WellBridge of Novi is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate care and support to residents. You will perform daily living activities, document care, monitor vital signs, and assist with therapies while promoting a welcoming and healing environment.

Starting wage is $19.15 per hour with hazard pay of $3.40 per hour, plus opportunities for wage increases and comprehensive benefits. Flexible scheduling includes 8-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and both full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Completed an approved nurse aide training program.
• Current CNA certification required by the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans (bathing, ADLs, skin care, daily living activities).
• Document nutritional intake, vitals, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, and mobility.
• Support therapies and promote well-being; observe and report changes to nursing team.
• Provide hospitality and excellent customer service to guests, families, and visitors.

We Can Work With Your Scheduling Needs

• 8 hour shifts - All shifts include Rotating Weekends & Some Holidays
• Part Time or Full Time positions available

How You Will Help People Every Day

• You will perform and document patient care using the individualized care plans as a guide. Bathing and all activities of daily living related care, such as skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• You will perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• You will support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
• You will observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to your nursing team
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• You have completed of an approved nurse aide training program, with current certification required from the State of Michigan
