HEALTH & REHAB CENTER in CITY, ST is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. The CNA will deliver compassionate care, support residents with daily living activities, and collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure high-quality care for residents under our Care Beyond Compare standard.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident's plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well‑being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
