Job summary

Coral Springs Rehab and Nursing is hiring Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our long-term care team. The facility offers shift differentials and up to $25.50 per hour, plus benefits, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and daily pay options.

We have all shifts available: 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, and 11:00pm–7:00am, FT and PT. We pride ourselves on a supportive, team-focused environment with consistent schedules and opportunities to build lasting relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required).
• New CNAs welcome – training and orientation provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care.
• Support nursing staff and care teams.
• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety.
