Job summary

Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents under licensed staff supervision. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, observe changes, and maintain a safe, dignified environment.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires, an all-inclusive hourly range of $20.50–$26.00 based on experience, and FT incentives including an extra $3/hour. Daily pay and shift differentials apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
