Job summary

PineCrest Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in North Miami, FL is hiring dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all PRN shifts. Walk-In Interviews are welcome on Tuesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Bring required documents and credentials; on-the-spot interviews will be conducted. This skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, now under new management, emphasizes compassionate resident care, teamwork, and employee development.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
