Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking CNAs for diverse care settings in Montana. The base rate is $18 per hour with potential to rise to $24.70 per hour. Medical benefits and flexible hours are offered, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

You will assist residents with ADLs, participate in care plans, and document care activities across long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and in-home care. On-site training is provided, and shifts vary to offer variety.

Qualifications

• Current MT CNA License with MT CNA Skills checklist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be able to provide proof of current immunizations (TB test, Hep B).
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and charting under plans of care.
• Provide care in long-term care units, memory care, assisted living, and in-home settings.
• Complete on-site training and adapt to multiple shift types.
• Document care activities and communicate with care teams.

As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and at times, one-to-one care. CNAs help with ADLs, charting and executing plans of care. On-site training is provided. If responsibilities are properly fulfilled, more shifts will become available.

Candidates For Employment Must Have

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
