Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing) and observe residents within policy guidelines. Report any concerning conditions.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake/output, and food consumption.
• Turn and position patients routinely.
• Perform range of motion exercises and reality orientation as directed.

Requirements

• State-certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Ability to record information and perform technical procedures.
• Good communication skills, self-discipline, and patience.
• Genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals.
