Job summary

Addus HomeCare's A Plus Health Care division in Montana is hiring CNAs to work in long-term care, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care. Roles include assisting with ADLs, charting, and following care plans.

On-site training is provided; more shifts may become available if performance is strong. We value flexible hours and a commitment to patient wellbeing, offering benefits and a supportive team in Three Forks and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist.
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (including TB test, Hep B).
• Current CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, charting and executing plans of care.
• On-site training is provided.
• Handle diverse care environments including long-term care, memory care, and in-home care

If you like variety and learning new skills, then this is for you. We offer multiple types of contracts; this means we can be flexible with you. We staff assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care, all shifts.

As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and at times, one-to-one care. CNAs help with ADLs, charting and executing plans of care. On-site training is provided. If responsibilities are properly fulfilled, more shifts will become available.

Candidates For Employment Must Have

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (to include current TB test, Hep B)
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
