Responsibilities include personal care, environment maintenance, mobility assistance, accurate vitals recording, positioning, and encouraging engagement with residents. We value reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output and meal consumption.
• Strong communication, self-discipline and patience required.
• Genuine care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities; adherence to patient rights and safety policies.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
