Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Texas. The role focuses on compassionate daily care, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with the care team to support residents.

You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, monitor vitals, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment. A valid Texas CNA certification is required, along with reliability and patience.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Accurately records information and performs basic clinical procedures.
• Demonstrates clear communication, self-discipline and patience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing following policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents using proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output and meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide orientation as directed.

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
