Creative Solutions in Healthcare in Texas is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents and support the care team.

The role focuses on personal care, safe mobility, vital signs recording, and engaging residents with gentle activities, while upholding patient rights and safety policies. The CNA will document vitals, assist with grooming, positioning, ROM exercises, and care planning, with certification required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas CNA certification.
• Able to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Communicates well, demonstrates patience and self-discipline.
• Cares genuinely for elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, intake/output, meal intake.
• Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and reality orientation.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
