Creative Solutions in Healthcare seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents in our Dallas-area facility. You will collaborate with the care team to deliver daily personal care, monitor vitals, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

The successful candidate will hold a Texas CNA certification, communicate effectively, and show genuine care for the elderly and disabled. Safety policies and patient rights are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Able to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output and meals.
• Demonstrates effective communication, self-discipline and patience.
• Cares genuinely for elderly and disabled residents.
• Understands Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
• Support mobility with safe ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement through range-of-motion exercises and orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:
