Creative Solutions in Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care for residents. You will work with the care team to uphold high standards of service and safety while maintaining a respectful, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include personal care, assisting mobility, proper documentation, environment upkeep, and engaging residents with activities. The role requires reliability, patience, and adherence to care policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification (state-specific) and be in good standing.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for the elderly.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
