Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents in a Texas facility. The role emphasizes reliable attendance, multitasking, and a cooperative demeanor in partnership with the care team.

Responsibilities include helping with personal care, maintaining the resident environment, assisting with mobility, documenting vitals and meals, repositioning residents, and encouraging engagement through ROM activities.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas CNA certification.
• Accurate documentation of vitals and care activities.
• Strong communication and patience.
• Compassionate care for elderly and disabled.
• Uphold Patient Bill of Rights and safety policies.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
