Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Lampasas, TX.

You will provide compassionate daily care to residents, support the nursing staff, and help maintain a safe, respectful living environment. The ideal candidate holds a Texas CNA certification, demonstrates strong attendance and communication, and records vitals and care activities accurately.

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience.
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and reality orientation.

Provide Compassionate Care and Support to Residents

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
