Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in our Eden, TX facility. You will provide daily personal care, assist with grooming, mobility, and positioning, and work closely with the care team to ensure comfort and safety.

You will document vitals and intake, follow care policy guidelines, and engage residents with respectful, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Texas CNA certification is required.
• Ability to accurately record vitals, intake/output, and meals.
• Strong communication, self-discipline, and patience.
• Genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals.
• Follows safety policies and Patient Bill of Rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
