Job summary

Brickyard Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to provide quality care to residents in our Indiana facility. You will work as part of a dedicated team, following care plans and nursing staff directions to support residents’ daily needs.

The role offers excellent pay with multiple incentives including perfect attendance, shift pick up, weekend option, comprehensive health benefits, education reimbursement of up to $7,500 per year, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Aide (C.N.A) in good standing with the state.
• Must maintain current certification in the state throughout employment.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care as directed by care plan and nursing staff.
• Maintain residents' rooms in neat, orderly and clutter-free manner.
• Ensure residents are given correct diet.
• Support residents' participation in activity programs.
• Directly respond, within scope, to needs and concerns of residents and family members including call lights.
• Ensure residents' right to privacy (visual and auditory).
• Provide input to the Nurses for development of the plan of care and information gathered from care giving activities.
• Participate in collecting data needed for the accurate completion of the MDS and the plan of care.
• Provide input to the Nurses for development of the plan of care and information gathered from care giving activities
