Creative Solutions in Healthcare seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents in our Texas facility. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities while working closely with the care team to maintain high-quality service.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas CNA certification, records vitals and care data accurately, communicates clearly, and upholds safety policies and the Patient Bill of Rights.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Texas CNA certification.
• Accurately records information and performs clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.

• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

We're seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You'll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
