Creative Solutions in Healthcare in Texas is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care and collaborate with the care team to deliver compassionate service. You will perform personal care, record vitals, assist with mobility, maintain the resident environment, and encourage engagement, with a focus on safety, dignity, and quality of life.

This full-time role requires current Texas CNA certification, strong attendance, and a patient-centered

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with Texas certification.
• Ability to accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing) following policy guidelines.

We're seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You'll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
