Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Texas. This full-time role runs from 5pm to 5am, requiring strong attendance, multitasking, and a cooperative demeanor to support residents with daily care.

You will document vitals and meals, assist with mobility and positioning, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality services while upholding patient rights and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Strong communication, self-discipline, and patience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
• Support mobility by safely ambulating and transferring residents with assistive devices.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/outtake, and meals accurately.
• Assist with positioning to ensure comfort and safety.

Provide Compassionate Care and Support to Residents

Shift : 5pm-5am

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
