Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for full-time roles in Texas, with 6a-6p and 6p-6a shifts available. The care team focuses on compassionate resident support and daily living activities to promote independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing and feeding, ensuring safety, and following nurse schedules. Applicants must hold a valid Texas Nurse Aide certification and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Ensure resident safety at all times and provide a clean, safe environment.
• Perform bathing, grooming, dressing, nail care for assigned residents.
• Follow assignment schedule set by charge nurse; lift/move/transfer residents as needed.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist or feed residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and toileting or incontinent care as required.
• Other duties as assigned by the care team.
