Position Summary

To provide routine nursing care and services that support the care delivered to patients/residents requiring long‑term acute or transitional restorative care, in accordance with the established nursing care procedures and as directed by the nurse.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA state certification and must maintain certification/license renewal in accordance with the standards of the regulatory agency.
• Prior experience in healthcare preferred.
• Basic computer skills as evidenced by knowledge of Internet and Email; Preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• BLS certification through Facility approved Agency.
