Job summary

24H Mold Inspection is seeking a detail-oriented Certified Mold Inspector to join our Los Angeles team. You will conduct on-site inspections for homes, commercial properties, and multi-unit buildings, using moisture detection tools, thermal imaging, and air/surface testing to identify mold risks.

You will create clear reports, communicate findings with property owners, and maintain accurate inspection logs while upholding safety practices and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Valid mold inspector certification (CMI, CRMI, or equivalent) required.
• Experience with thermal imaging and moisture detection tools preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site at various properties.
