We are now hiring for the Data Entry Specialist remote contractor job position to work directly with our notary department PT or FT.

At Certified Mobile Notary Service, our qualified Data Entry Specialists will enjoy the freedom and profitability of working independently as a (1099) contractor while benefiting from the tools, branding, and support of a national mobile notary signing service.

Responsibilities:

• Copy and paste various entries into a spreadsheet such as names, email addresses, and telephone numbers, and return entries to our HR Dept. via email each week.
• Toggling back and forth from websites.
• Maintaining great accuracy and paying close attention to detail.
• Sending out email notification letters to customers regarding products or services.
• Using a general email client (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) to send out our email marketing ads.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and a positive motivated attitude.
• Internet access and a computer.
• A quiet home office space setup.
• Ability to pass a felony verification check.
• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Flexible schedule availability 24/7.

Contractor Compensation Structure:

This position is not paid hourly. It's strictly paid on production and commissions.

• Contractors are paid $20.00 per 4,000 single entries submitted by spreadsheet.
• Additionally, you will earn a $15.00 commission per sale by sending out our email marketing ad campaigns that generate sales.
• Work either part-time or full-time based on availability.
• Contractors are paid bi-weekly on the 1st and 15th of the month by direct deposit or mailed paycheck.
