Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Mobile Notary Signing Agents to assist with real estate closings, loan document signings, and general notary work. As a mobile notary, you will travel to clients' locations, provide exceptional service, and ensure accurate document execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting clients at mutually agreed-upon locations to notarize documents.
• Reviewing and explaining loan documents to ensure clients understand their commitments.
• Verifying signers’ identities and ensuring compliance with state notary laws.
• Properly executing and notarizing documents.
• Returning signed and notarized documents promptly and securely.

Job Requirements include:

• Being a commissioned notary public in your state.
• Mobile notary certification (training available).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Access to high-speed internet and a printer/scanner.
• Professional demeanor, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate clients’ schedules, including evenings and weekends.
