Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete a state-approved medication aide training program.
• Must complete a state-approved certified nursing assistant (CNA) training program.
• Must be a CNA with at least one year of experience and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine and PRN medications as prescribed and document administration.
• Maintain and restock medication carts and room supplies.
• Notify pharmacy of new orders and refills.
• Monitor vital signs when indicated by drug therapy.
