Job summary

Keswick is seeking a dedicated Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) in Baltimore, MD. Under supervision of a licensed nurse, the CMA provides safe medication administration, supports person-centered care, and ensures CMS/compliance with documentation and resident safety.

Responsibilities include documenting on MAR/eMAR and contributing to fall prevention and infection control. We offer competitive hourly pay, shift and weekend differentials, and a range of benefits as part of a values-driven

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of the Maryland CMA program is required.
• Active CMA certification in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing is necessary.
• CPR and first aid certification is recommended for all units.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, accurate, and compassionate medication administration to residents under supervision.
• Support holistic, person-centered care and resident rights.
• Document medication administration accurately on MAR/eMAR and report resident needs or reactions promptly.
• Assist with fall prevention, infection control, and dementia care while promoting dignity and autonomy.
