Job summary

Lebanon Center is hiring MNA/LNA for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles in Lebanon, NH. 8 & 12 hour shifts with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time. Benefit-rich package and option for more pay in lieu of benefits. Posted range includes shift differential and pay in lieu of benefits.

Under licensed supervision, the Certified Medicine Aide administers medications and follows state regulations to ensure patient safety and comfort. Multishift coverage available.

Qualifications

• Medication aide training and CNA program completion are required.
• English language proficiency required to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer routine medications as prescribed and document administration.
• Maintain medication supply, clean and restock medicine carts and medicine room.
• Notify pharmacy of new medication orders and refills.
• Perform accurate vital sign monitoring when indicated by drug therapy.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a licensed nurse, the Certified Medicine Aide administers medications and medicated creams within the standards of practice as permitted by their Certification and per state regulations.

Position Highlights

• *Prepare and administer routine and PRN medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and document administration per policy.
• *Maintain medication supply, clean and restock medicine carts and medicine room.
• *Notify pharmacy of new medication orders and refills.
• *Perform accurate vital sign monitoring when indicated by drug therapy

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved medication aide training course is required.
• Completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant training program is required.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with one year of experience as a CNA.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to their medical and physical needs.
