Job summary

Talentify seeks a full-time Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) to join our assisted living community. You will administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring safe delivery and timely treatments. Your role supports residents’ daily well-being and engagement.

Under the guidance of a licensed nurse, you will monitor vital signs, document medications, and participate in a collaborative care approach focused on individual resident needs and safety.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved CMA or Medicine Aide course.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program if required by state of employment.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and respond to needs.
• Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Attend minimum 12 hours of continuing education to maintain certification.
• Provide verification of TST as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine and PRN medications as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report observations to supervising nurse.
• Maintain accurate medication documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to provide person-centered care.
