Job summary

Talentify is seeking a full-time MedTech (Certified Medicine Aide) for an assisted living community. The role operates 7A–3P under a licensed nurse, ensuring residents receive medications and treatments safely and effectively.

The position emphasizes building meaningful relationships with residents, delivering person-centered care, and collaborating with the care team to support daily well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have state-approved CMA/MEDTECH certification(s).
• Must hold a state-approved CNA program if required by state.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English for safe resident care.
• Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Attest 12 hours of continuing education to maintain certification.
• Provide verification of TB skin test as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine and PRN medications as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report observations to supervising nurse.
• Maintain accurate medication documentation.
• Collaborate with team to provide person-centered care.
