Responsibilities

• Administers the correct oral and external medications to residents daily.
• Monitor the therapeutic effects of medications.
• Reports observed changes in behavior and clinical status to nurse.
• Bathe and assist residents with their ADL's.
• Monitor stock levels of equipment and ensure on-premises availability to meet residents' needs; propose cost-effective changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or administration.
• Be a team player.
• Function independently with flexibility and integrity.
• Relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, and/or volatile residents, visitors, and personnel.
