Certified Medication Technician/Med Tech (Part-Time)(2nd shift) - Mallard Ridge

Mallard Ridge Assisted Living, part of Navion Senior Living, is seeking Certified Medication Technicians for medication administration and resident care roles. Our Technicians deliver high-quality medication services in a modern Assisted Living and Memory Care environment.

This is a Part-Time position on 2nd shift, supporting our residents with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Respect residents' rights and dignity
• Participate in ongoing education and training as required by state regulations
• Remain calm under stress
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
• Adhere to the community dress code for a professional appearance
• Complete documentation thoroughly and accurately
• Report any changes in a resident's condition promptly
• Follow community policies and procedures in completing tasks
• Operate equipment safely, using only trained devices
