Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Medication Tech Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and related tasks per regulations and protocol.
• Document medication administration and treatments in MAR.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to Wellness Director.
• Support residents with activities of daily living.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and waste procedures.
• Coordinate communication among residents, families, and staff.
• Follow work assignments and schedules.
