Kingdom Care is actively hiring a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to support residents with safe and accurate medication administration. You will work closely with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Accurately document medication administration and report any discrepancies.
• Monitor residents for medication side effects and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized medication cart and work area.
• Follow infection control, safety, and documentation standards.
