Job summary

Kingdom Care is actively hiring a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to support residents with safe and accurate medication administration.

As a CMT, you will collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high‑quality care, document administrations, monitor for side effects, and maintain a clean, safe medication cart. Schedule: Full‑Time Evenings (3PM–11PM), Monday–Friday. Walk‑in interviews welcome.

Qualifications

• Current state certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per physician orders and policies
• Document medication administration and report discrepancies
• Monitor residents for side effects and report concerns
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medications
• Maintain a clean, safe medication cart and work area
• Follow infection control, safety, and documentation standards

The Certified Medication Technician (CMT) plays a critical role in ensuring resident health, safety, and well-being. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will work closely with nursing staff and the care team to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

What We Offer

Compensation: $18.50 - $21.50 per hour

• $2,500 CMT Sign-On Bonus (paid over 18 months in scheduled installments)

Key Responsibilities
