Job Details

• Available Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Full Time, Monday-Friday, Every Other Weekend)
• Part Time: 3 days a week with Every other weekend

• $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates

Essential Functions

1. Perform resident care ensuring safety and comfort, following policies and regulations
2. Administer medications as ordered, under supervision, and record accurately
3. Notify licensed staff of resident needs or reactions
4. Support resident safety and quality of care culture
5. Administer PRN medications as per regulations
6. Record changes in residents' conditions and report unusual incidents
7. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Six months experience in long-term care preferred
• Valid CMT certification in Missouri
• Effective communication skills in English; additional languages preferred
• Ability to respond quickly in emergencies
