Job summary

Gull Creek is seeking a compassionate caregiver to deliver individualized care per each resident’s plan in a supportive environment.

You will report health changes to the clinical team and connect with residents and families in meaningful ways while engaging in ongoing learning and adhering to privacy standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Maryland Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per the resident’s care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings.
