Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Malden, MO is seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our care team. You will administer prescribed medications under supervision and support residents with daily activities.

This full-time role offers day and evening shifts, with rotating weekends, competitive wages, and benefits including 401(k), PTO, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Document medication administration and resident responses.
• Observe residents for side effects and report adverse reactions to the nursing team.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
• Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
