Job summary

AdviniaCare Waterview Villa in Rhode Island is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to support residents with daily living tasks and medication management. This per diem role involves assisting with grooming, incontinence care, feeding, bathing, and other daily activities.

We require a CNA and active CMT license, BLS/CPR, TB and MMR, plus experience with seniors, including dementia care. Must be 18+ with prior Med Passer experience. Per diem shifts encompass day and night coverage.

We are seeking a team-oriented individual with a positive attitude to assist our residents with difficulties completing basic tasks throughout the day and night. As a CMT, your responsibilities will include medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, and light housekeeping. You will also be responsible for following safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for our residents.

Requirements:

• CNA and CMT/Active License
• BLS/CPR Certificate
• TB
• MMR
• Previous experience working with seniors and a desire to serve and care for seniors
• Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous Med Passer experience required
