Job summary

The Dawn Hill Home for Rehab and Healthcare in Bristol, RI is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our care team. You will administer medications according to prescribed protocols, ensure accurate dosages, monitor patient responses, and document administration while collaborating with nursing staff.

Shifts include 7AM-3PM with opportunities for Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem. A sign-on bonus is offered: Full Time $2000 and Part Time $1000, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification and CMT license in Rhode Island.
• Vaccination per CDC guidelines as a condition of employment.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to patients according to prescribed protocols.

• Salary: $22-$31 per hour based on experience

• shift differentials.

Your Role as a CMT:
As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) at Dawn Hill, you’ll make a real impact by:

• Administering medications to patients according to prescribed protocols
• Ensuring accurate dosages and timely delivery and overall comfort
• Monitoring patients for reactions
• Documenting administration
• Working closely with nursing staff to deliver compassionate care and maintain a safe, hygienic environment for patients.

Qualifications Needed for CMT:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CAN) and Certified Medication Technician (CMT) license in Rhode Island.
• Provides evidence of the completion of both any state-mandated training or completes requirements as soon as possible after appointment.
• We require our staff to be vaccinated as a condition of employment per CDC guidelines.
• Candidates must be able to pass a background check
