Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking a Medication Technician to support residents in our senior living communities. Full-time shifts are 3 pm–11 pm with a shift differential for evenings and overnights; part-time roles are available as well. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, in a values‑driven, inclusive environment.

You will assist with medication administration, daily living activities, vital signs, and coordination with the care team while delivering compassionate service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• MedicationTech Certification preferred.
• Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and families.

Role: Medication Technicians are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Medication Tech Certification (Preferred)
